This three bedroom, three bathroom lakefront home is outfitted with everything you’ll need to cook and entertain, play on 1,200-acre Lake Mascoma, or lounge for hours with coffee on the screened in porch. Two kayaks, a paddleboard and canoe are always here and free to use.

Our family had a great time at the lakefront house! The house had a great layout and was comfortable for the 5 of us. It was a great winter getaway for us and the time spent just hanging out in the house was as great as all the outdoor winter activities we did! Excellent and memorable stay!

My friends and I stayed at Tim’s home for New Years Eve and had the greatest time! The house was beautiful, the kitchen was clean and stocked with good coffee and plenty of dishwear, dining room and living room comfortably fit our group, the beds were comfortable and having 3 showers made it easy to quickly wash up. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Tim was extremely responsive and also proactive in letting us know there was an issue with the oven before our stay so we had options for accommodating our cooking needs (a new oven is already in the works!) We were also super appreciative of a backup option for getting inside and clear instructions when we had some trouble with the keypad. We were there during an ice storm, but we were cozy inside with the warmth from the pellet stove and safe when going out thanks to the shoveled walk, ice melt and sand Tim provided. Would love to stay in summer too sometime! Thanks again for sharing your lovely home.

Tim and Leah are great hosts, they were very responsive at all times! The house is amazing, great space for families with kids (and dogs), very comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies needed. The lake right outside the house was frozen and made it such a wonderful view during our stay!
We did have a problem with the oven, but Tim was responsive as always and kept checking in to make sure everything was ok. would certainly come back!

This home was immaculate and very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and is very modern. The beds are really comfortable and the furniture throughout was very nice.
Tim communicated very regularly and provided lots of good information about the house. He is very friendly and incredibly responsive (never waited more than 2 hrs for a response). Very clear check-in and check-out instructions.
The location on the lake was amazing! Such an incredible view to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day.
Wifi was good and all amenities as advertised.
Will definitely keep this location on our list for our next trip to the area. Highly recommend this home.

Absolutely loved this place and we found it even better than advertised. Location was great and the setting beautiful and was close to all the places we wished to see. Kitchen was large and well equipped with supplies for almost anything you could imagine and then some. Tim was proactive anticipating our needs and answering any questions we had. Would definitely go back here.

This house was very clean and spacious, we enjoyed everything about it. Tim accommodated us with everything we needed to have a great family reunion and bond together. The Lake was exceptionally clean, we kayaked and with our lake float we enjoyed just basking in the sun. Will definitely consider renting this beautiful home again.

Loved this property on beautiful Lake Mascoma! The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lot of areas to hang or work. Stunning views. Tim was responsive to all of our questions and needs throughout our stay! Would highly recommend it!
